After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get an sms and mail on your registered email id confirming the same.

It will take 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched you will receive an email and sms along with an order tracking number.

Yes you may, if your order has not been dispatched, except for items purchased during a Sale. Please get in touch with Team Pet Comfort at the earliest to change/cancel your order.

If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will refund these items and the delivery expenses as soon as we receive them at our warehouses and inspect the condition of the products.

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. We will notify you at the time of check out if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 2 days and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made within 10 working days. (FOR PREPAID ORDERS ONLY)

You can return/exchange a product in 7 days after the date of delivery. A refund will be processed only after the returned product passes a quality check.
However, shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
COD ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS. IN SELECT CASES THEY MAY AVAIL STORE CREDIT. -
Your product is eligible for return if it is unused or has a manufacturing defect.
Products on sale are not eligible for returns. Exchange or Refund will not be made against a non-returnable item unless there is a defect.
Personal care products and health products are not eligible for return as we maintain a strict hygiene protocol for the same.

Once you have raised the return request with us, the next step is for us to see if your return request is eligible for the return and approve it accordingly. Once approved, we will arrange a pick up for your product that you wish to return and the pick up will happen within 2 to 3 working days, post-approval. We use the fastest and the most efficient courier company to pick up units from our customers to expedite the process as much as we can.
